Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from the customer support team at TGN or through our website.Once the cancellation request is received, if any payments have been received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque.
Rights to Cancel Orders from TGN
- Limited inventory of the product.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Quality issues during inspection.
- Insufficient customer information or failed verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent orders.
- Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
- Serviceability Issues.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails and the amount is debited from the customer’s account, it will be returned to the respective account at the earliest.
Return & Refund Policy
TGN is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and certificate and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
International Orders
Our service is available PAN India and we don’t accept international orders.
Domestic Order:
Our logistics service provider will collect the order from provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
Refund
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
- Customers should contact TGN customer support or WhatsApp on 0 89250 16657 or write to customercare@tgngifts.in within 7 days from the receipt of product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail with transaction code from TGN about the delivery of the same.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused in its original packaging.
- Provide the invoice, Certificate of Authenticity into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
NOTE:
We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund will not be processed.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
In case of domestic order (where the product is shipped within India), where returns are accepted by TGN 100% refund will be processed.
In case the customer pays through online mode then 100% amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product(s) at our TGN, 28, NSC BOSE ROAD CHENNAI , TAMILNADU -600079.
1. If cancelled cheque with the returned product, then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into customer’s account through online transfer as NEFT.

At TGN Gold and Silver we understand that customer preferences may change over time. To facilitate a smooth exchange process, here are few points to note
Exchange within 7 Days of Purchase:
Customers can exchange any Gold jewellery, Gold coins ,bars, Silver coins and bar, silver articles and leg chains purchased from www.tgngifts.in by returning the product to the registered address mentioned in this site
The following conditions apply to Exchanges within 7 days of purchase
- You can exchange your jewellery at full value, provided the jewellery is in its original condition.
- The exchanged product must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice and certificates if any.
- Exchange facility without deducting making charge or value addition is available for the unused Gold/ Jewellery, within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange After 7 Days of Purchase:
For exchanges requested after 7 days
The exchange rates are as follows:
- You can exchange your gold jewellery, coins, bars silver articles, leg chain, coins, bars in used condition at 100% of the benchmark gold rate
- The rate applied would be the rate of the date on which the product received by us
- Making charges, taxes, and stone weight (Synthetic/semi-precious colour stones, beads, pearls & zircon), enamel, meena or any other material used to enhance the beauty of the jewellery will be completely deducted.
- All taxes, duties and fees, as applicable based on the local law, are to be borne by the customer.
Discretion of Rights
The company reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all exchanges, buy backs and the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

Buy Back Policy
At TGN Gold and Silver , we offer a Cash buyback policy for Gold Jewellery, silver articles, leg chains gold & silver coins/bars purchased from www.tgngifts.in and all our branded products sold through any other Online marketplaces.
Please note the following details regarding our Buyback policy:
- The buyback policy is applicable for Gold Jewellery, silver articles, gold & silver coins/bars after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You can return your Gold Jewellery, silver articles, gold & silver coins/bars purchased on this site to our head office 28, NSC Bose Road , Chennai -600079.
- Standard rate deduction policy on the prevailing price of gold will be applicable on the gold component of your jewellery, gold coin/bar.
- The gold and silver rate at our online store at www.tgngifts.in will be regarded as the benchmark rate and at no point of time value addition would be refunded.
- Gold Jewellery & Coins: 97% of the benchmark gold rate.
- Sliver Articles , leg chain , coin & bars will be purchased at the bench mark silver rate at which we sell at our website on the date of buy back from the customer.
- In order to sell gold and silver the customer shall provide soft copy of bill and any identity proofs as follows:
- (a) Electoral ID (b) Aadhaar Card (c) Driving license (d) Passport (e) Pan Card
Approval and Evaluation:
All exchange/buyback will be subject to a quality check by our Quality department or by a certified laboratory as required, which can take up to 3 -5 working days and the proceeds would be refunded before 7 days.
Cash payments for buyback shall be made only by way of an account payee cheque or RTGS/NEFT, which may take 3-5 days from the date of receipt of the material at our office and the same shall only be made in the name of the customer as per the invoice.
DISCRETION OF RIGHTS The company reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all exchanges, buybacks and the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai. Shipping Policy
Shipping of the order from TGN is very safe, secure, and hassle-free. All our products are insured for full value during transit by an insurance company and sent through tamper-proof packaging. Our courier partners are Speed post & BVC and the shipping AWB number is provided to customers after we ship the order. The selection of the courier partner will depend on their serviceability to the shipping address. The product is fully insured to ensure customers against any financial loss.
Shipping Charges:
We ship all orders through trusted courier partner and Shipping is FREE OF COST across all of India.
Delivery to Identified Person:
- Customers are required to provide accurate details of the consignee/recipient’s name (as stated in their government-issued photo identification) along with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery and the products would be delivered to the concerned person .At the time of delivery, the recipient will be required to provide any of the following identity proofs to collect the product Passport , PAN Card, Driver’s licence, Aadhar card , Voters id in original.
Damaged Products
Damaged products can be returned and full value can be claimed under return and refund policy.
Missing Products:
We urge you to inspect the condition of the parcel before accepting it and report any issues before receiving the parcel. The customers are advised not to receive tampered parcels. In case of missing parcel kindly contact our customer care customercare@tgngifts.in or WhatsApp : 89250 16657 After careful investigation our customer care would provide a solution within 20 days of reporting. Since the parcel is fully insured the customer is free from any financial loss. Failure to report any issues within the specified time frame or failure to follow the recommended inspection process before accepting the parcel will result in us not being able to entertain any complaints.
